Welcome to Heal Spa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.heal-spa.com (the "Site"), operated by Heal Spa ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

We sell beauty and skincare products internationally through our Shopify store. We also offer skin treatment services that can be booked directly through our website. All prices are listed in your local currency or USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Gift Cards

We offer gift cards that can be redeemed for products or services listed on our website. Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments for skin treatment services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or deducted from the gift card balance, if applicable.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store customer data via:

  • Shopify (for orders and accounts),

  • Mailchimp and Klaviyo (for email marketing).

By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, including your name, email address, or phone number, to any third parties.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.

6. Advertising and Cookies

We use cookies to improve user experience and to analyze website traffic. By continuing to browse the site, you agree to our use of cookies.

We advertise on third-party platforms, including Facebook and Google. These platforms may collect data about your interactions with our site and advertisements, subject to their respective privacy policies.

12. Reward Points Program

Points are only earned on product purchases and do not apply to services, service bookings or gift card purchases unless otherwise stated.

Points may be redeemed for discounts, products, or other benefits as described on the Site or in promotional communications.

The availability of rewards, as well as the ways to earn and redeem points, are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or cancel the program or any part of it;

  • Adjust point balances;

  • Discontinue or substitute rewards;

  • Set or revise eligibility rules.

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Any misuse of the rewards program may result in termination of your account or forfeiture of points.
