Returns & Replacements

Heal Spa hopes that you will be pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us beauty@heal-spa.com to arrange the return. We are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

Damaged and missing packages

Once an order has left Heal Spa, it is in the care of UPS or USPS. Heal Spa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
