What your microcurrent facial includes
The session opens with cleansing and exfoliation, then extractions once the skin has softened. The microcurrent work follows, with the face mapped in sections so that the jaw, the mid-face and the brow each get their own passes.
There is no heat and no needle. Most clients feel very little, perhaps a faint tingle along the jaw. What tends to surprise people is not the treatment itself but the moment after it: the tension you carry without noticing, in the jaw and between the brows, has had ninety minutes to let go.
The oxygen step and the mask are kept for the end, when the face is at its most receptive and there is nothing left to do but rest.
How the lift settles
The change is visible when you sit up, and it is normal for it to read a little quieter the next morning as everything settles. What stays is a difference in tone rather than a difference in volume, which is why the result tends to look like rest rather than intervention.
